Now I had it unplugged due to my audio install. I got around to plugging it back in and now the clock isn't working

I don't have my deck in yet. Does the car need a deck before it will show the time or what?

The clock in our cars run through both radio and the cigarette lighter. Short answer, yes it does. Just try plugging your radio back in to see if it works

that's odd. Here's the diagram if it'll help you out:

From the diagram, it looks to run off the same power wire, but not through the radio and out to the clock, so the radio shouldn't have any effect on the clock working or not. Only problem I could see is if the audio fuse was blown, but then the radio wouldn't be working either.

Even if the Mult B/UP fuse was blown, the clock would still work. It would just reset every time you turned the car off.

hyundai doesn't have any known problems with their clocks. i'm not saying we don't ever replace them, but it is not a known issue. hyundais wiring is definitely strange tho, the way the power and ground is sometimes routed. i'd be more than willing to bet it has something to do with the radio. however, i'd still try to take it in and get it covered under warranty.
