What is with the obsession of turning tiburons into tuscanis? I don't get it, i mean i have a friend that did it and he still calls it his tibby, why do it if your still gonna call it that, or know what? why do it at all? What is the point? Why not be happy with people knowing that you are driving a Hyundai. How many everyday ppl know what a tuscani is? Isn't it illegal to rebadge a car? I love the H symbols lol, and i want people to know that what they just saw was a tibby and go wow thats a nice one, cuz it is a sight to see.

im not really sure why ppl do it, some ppl might just like the tuscani badge more... that would pretty much be the only reason because unless the are going to swap the tranny the cant really turn it into a tuscani because other than a few small things the only realy difference between the tuscani and any other v6 tiburon is the 6spd tranny. im not sure what the laws are where you are but i know its not illegal to take the badges off or anything here. so pretty much the only reason i can think of it that they might like the tuscani badge better.

yeah, your probably right, i know that taking the badges off is not illegal. Just not sure if its legal to badge it as something else. lol, it doesnt really matter to me, was just curious. I have never seen a tuscani so I guess there are not really too many people doing it.

lol yeah other than the badge you can tell the difference by looking at it anyway until you shift it hahah, i cant really see it being illegal to badge it as something else its just a sticker for the most part. because a tuscani is still a tiburon its just what they called that model.

Right.

Somehow tho US Tiburon owners seem to think that a Tiburon is to a Tuscani what a Nissan 240SX is to a Silvia. So it's like pretending you have something that you really don't.
