Drives: 2000 hyundai elantra
I own a 2000 elantra that is leaking fluid. The mechanic who looked at it said the front bumper needed to come off to replace the ps line assembly. Is this true? He declined the job saying he might not be able to get the bumper back on correctly and referred me to a body shop for the job.
