Good luck trying to get this part (engine damper) from KFX.

I ordered one back in late July, and they immediately charged my credit card $108 shipped.

Two weeks later, I emailed KFX that I hadn't received it yet - no answer.

4 weeks from order I emailed KFX where was it? Finally got a reply asking if it was for a Rio. Told them it was for an Accent- same car.

6 weeks from order I emailed KFX and told them if I didn't receive it by Sept. 10th I was going to dispute my credit card charge and post on these forums my buying experience with KFX. - no answer.

So, I've disputed the charges. Buyer Beware!

Too bad man, I had two sent to me. First one broke though otherwise I'd send it to you. but I didn't have any trouble ordering these, now getting them in.

My fiancee ordered me a strut bar from KFX. They charged her credit card TWICE and never sent any products. They do not respond to emails, they dont answer their phones, And KFX canada site is always down. (She eventually got the canadian site to do another order but is currently doing a Master Card Chargeback to the US website for the first attempt to order)

I must say its always been like. for some reason they always takes for ever to get parts from them and they always blame the comunication, bc they are bad on that. But at the end you always get it, i know bill has a lot of orders to take care of but its not fair to leave a costumer like that, but again at the end you always get it.

wow I must have been lucky 3 out of 4 times. Got all my stuff adn orders except the turbo kit. Ordered all via kfx Canada.

komp, can you take close up pics of the piece, i know its already mounted, im looking for what the ends look like, and also a measurement? (overall length, each half measurement)

This headache started a couple of months ago when hackers broke in and change my home page. Then they installed fishing software that shut me down for 5 days.

You have not responded back to my emails, so I am not sure that you are able to receive them at this point.

soooooo. whats the down side if i try to do this my self but with a compressed air set up instead? i have seen it done, know how to do it and its adjustable too...
