Anyone else experiencing this issue:

Front radio is on any XM channel. Rear DVD screen is on and displays channel and current song.

When you change to any other XM channel, the channel also changes on the rear DVD screen, but the song does not update. The front updates fine.

The only way to update the song on the rear DVD screen is to press the "info" button several times on the front radio.

Please respond if you got this fixed and what the dealership did to fix it.

Thanks

UPDATE...

Took the Veracruz to the dealer over 4 weeks ago. They still can't figure out the issue, but confirmed it is not synching together. They have contacted the area technical rep. and he is looking further into the issue.

Other owners have this problem and you just haven't heard it yet from the person sitting in the back watching on the DVD screen.

Do the following test:

1. Turn on any XM station.
2. Open the rear DVD screen and turn on the power from the rear console.
3. Look at the XM station and song title on the front radio and make sure it is the same on the rear DVD panel.
4. Now wait until the song changes, or change the to another XM station. Does the station name change, but the previous song is displayed? Try to change the station again, or wait for the song to change. Do this a couple of times.

If you are experiencing this issue, take you vehicle to your local dealer.
