When will the Accent be redesign. This design that is current is really bubbly (Ugly) I like the Kia Rio version way better. The Hyundai Accent may have a few more standard features, but the look is killing me. lol

Opinions are like as..... um some people really like the way our current Accents look.

Maybe try a Honda Fit, newly redisgned, Toyota Yaris, Ford Fuc... uh Focus

I'm holding out for the new Genesis Coupe, gotta get me one of them!!!

Still a few more years out... '09 is its mid-cycle refreshing, but it's doubtful the've changed the aesthetics much, only some mechanical bits. The '09 gets a bump in fuel efficiency, that's probably about it.

I like the looks of my 4-door Accent a lot, it's a sharp little car. The hatch is alright but I don't like the practical limitations of having only two doors, so I much prefer the Rio5 over the Accent hatchback in that respect.

No offensive people. Sorry!

I hate the Honda Fit even more, the Toyoya Yaris is really neat, and the Ford Focus is a smart car, but hate the grill alittle, and the rear tail lights. lol

I guess I can get with the Accent 3 door, because it has more features that the sedan should have offered, like a sunroof, and a SE model (with the nice rims).

I personally think the Accent is a very sharp car, especially when compared to the Yaris (which looks extremely "bubbly").
I looked at the Rio-5 but liked the two door version better, especially for the $3200 price difference.
I love the looks of mine and get compliments all the time.
Kinda simple if ya don't like it don't buy one. There are many choices out there. B)

Mini cooper my brother girl friend own one i love driving it omg it handle like it was glue to the road but never less Germen reliability has really bad issue even the gas cap has to be 3 click any more or less than that the engine light comes on
Honda Fit my friend has one of them iPersonally thinks is ok but is like a small car with huge window kinda boxy and tall but there are so many aftermarket parts for it

The 3 door Yaris is more bubbly than the accent, but the 4 Door Yaris is not bubbly at all compared to the 4-door. If I did get a Accent I would buy the loaded SE Model of the 3 Door. If Hyundai offered the SE in the sedan I might have been thinking about getting that model, because you have more room, and a more sporty look like the Elantra SE.

From what I've heard the Accent will get a minor face lift much like the Tiburon did in 08. Sporter fasica and seats. But I believe 2010 will be the last year for it. I think it was to be replaced with a new line.

No sunroof option. I would have to go after-market, and a lot of time aftermarket sunroofs can be horrible. Some leak, some don't.

This post begs the question: Why not just buy the KIA if you like it more? Just curious. I like the KIA as well, but really like the four door Accent.

The rio5 starting price is 3000 more than the accect hatch starting price. That might have something to do with it.
