Does anyone know how to take out the dashboard section..i.e speedometer

I hear a clicking sound near the dashboard..what could that be? I had my turn signal switch replaced cause it snapped off before.. Do you think they screwed up installing it or something.

Because when it clicks my left and right amber lights flicker on/off
