As you can see in picture below my sun visor plastic shield are broken so that it falls down and I can't close it.

I thought if I can remove the mirror then I can glue the arm. But how can I remove the mirror completely ?

Why not take it in to the dealer and have it repaired for free under warranty? It should be covered under warranty unless it broke due to misuse or abuse shouldn't it?

Mine broke and they replaced it, no questions asked for free while I waited. It's covered under the bumper-to-bumper warranty, so if your is expired, it will not be free.
