i did my headlights so here we go...ive got pics...and they have my hated lip on there...ill go grab pop corn and watch the bashing begin.....

Wow. That car's front end is really coming along! The headlight work looks really nice.

I'd do that to mine, except I'm planning on making a trip to a HUGE junk yard in Delaware sometime in the coming months to see if I can pick up a pair of projectors and maybe a turbo (just in case LOL)

you're the unsung hero in my book bro LOL...no one around here goes to junk yards to get parts and its pretty redneckish (not my part of town FYI) LOL...not saying you're a redneck..i just dont think our junk yards even have anything worth looking at...last time i was there they had trucks and shitty chryslers :S

im still holding out for a supercharger :P and ive got to get rims/ suspension first or ill plow my way into a pole with that kinda power lol

yeah i am...i hate hubcaps a lot... i just took them off today..i think it looks nice with the red/black thing i got going on..plus the FACTORY chrome lug nuts show off nicely :D...just need tire shine...its been raining here and the muck from the roads stain the tires a weird light brown :S

cool man, mine is the Tango red too. i cant STAND the hubcaps, but i'm not ready to do new wheels/tires yet. I know what i'm doing tomorrow after work lol

Just Kidding about the headlights...I'd do mine also if I didn't have a habit of BREAKING stuff...I just put a high/low tone horn combo from a GM vehicle today...sounds like a Caddy trapped in an Accent body! :grin:

Honestly dude, you're starting to have a good front end. like the duotone on the front. Now, I would suggest you use a thicker shell to make it look more aggressive, and maybe add a touch of Gunmetal paint particules to that mesh.

Now the bad part: the lip is too high/wide and makes it lose some of the charm. I dunno.... maybe it's because it appears too shiny on the pics. Try painting it flat epoxy black so that you don't see much of that "gloss" effect and if you could, cut about an inch off the lip. Asides that, you're good.

What's next bro: RIMS! You seriously need rims. Do like I did on my previous car projects... get a set of 16" or 17"s off eBay for cheap, even if you don't like them and wait till the dough is right and get what you really want.
