When cycling the setup button on my 2009 Sonata Audio System, one of the selections is AVC.. (Automatic Volume Control) It gives me the option to have it on or off.. I have tried each and can't tell the difference but there must be or it wouldn't be there as an operational choice.. The Owners manual doesn't describe this function and the salesman knew less!! Any help on what it does or is supposed to do?

AVC works like this.

The faster you get, the more engine noise you here.

So AVC kicks in and increases the volume for you. so you dont here the engine.

:D
