Hi,

I recently imported a 2009 Azera and I wanted to know if anyone knows how to unlock the navigation system(as well as the other features) when the vehicle is in D. I've managed to enter the "System Settings" menu but it requires a PASSWORD. I thank you in advance.

:)

Welcome!

Most here are not big on greetings, so don't be offened. :whistling:

Doubt if you will find any information provided by Hyundai as to how to
open up that screen while moving as to do so here at least is illegal.

How many Azeras are there in your neck-of-the woods?

:innocent:

Welcome! I don't think there are even 129 members total on this board. There is usually not much activity from members on the weekend anyway. I suspect most of the 129 views were from "guest" lurking about and not actual members. I bet someone, sooner or later, will have an answer for you. Cheers!

No problem guys...The screen really gets on my nerves.

Hyundai is the most imported brand nowadays. Sante Fe, Azera, Sonata, coupe etc. It works well, and people buy them. Bear in mind though, due to customs and taxes we pay double for any imported vehicle. I payed 56,000 dollars for my 2009 Azera! A new S350 would cost around 280,000 dollars!!!! And the shocking thing is, in uptown Tehran, that is all you see...The rich are RICH!!!

Wow! So you have a US Azera in Iran? I would call the dealer, they should have the unlock code, as it should be the same for all the navi systems. They should of unlocked the navi before selling it. :D I'll give my local dealer a call in a bit and see if they have any kind of unlock code.

Just called dealer, they said you should have a booklet, and that should have the unlock code in it.
