Change Drl To Low Beams?

Our DRL power high beams, and want to switch that over to low. I know I could easily do this, I just don't want to hack up the wiring in the car, I would much rather remove pins from connectors and move them to another location. So if anybody has changed their DRL to run on low, could you tell me how you did it?
