Hello!
I´m waiting for my i10 to be delivered in november. It comes shipped and equipped with 165/60 R14 tires on alloy wheels with ET -46. I´m not too excited by the looks of these wheels, so I wonder if any of you have equipped your i10:s with broader tires, for example 195/45 R15 or 195/40 R16 (or wider...)? If you have done something like this on your i10 - please comment on eventual loss of comfort, fuel consumption, problem to fit etc. Broader tires should be possible to use since there is a bunch of smaller Toyota Aygos and its Peugeot/Citroen cousins running around town with 16" and even 17 "... we must take on that fight... :)

I would be very happy if anyone could post photos or links on this matter!

Best regards from Sweden,

Lars Sjöberg (former Santa Fe 2.4 GLS 4wd owner)

Hi!

I fitted 16 inch (Dotz Daytona) wheels on my I10, no problem. 195/40 tyres. Even lowered the car with a kit from H&R, 35mm and added spacers 30mm. Will try to post some pictures soon.

OK, Jesper, please post some pictures!

Just to give you all an idea of how good it really could look on a similar size car I post these pictures of a Toyota Aygo and a Peugeot:

Crazy picture of a "cool" i10, but look at the rims:

Take care (and photos...)
