Engine light on, vehicle speed sensor to be the problem, two wires are hanging down from front passenger side, as shown, and the engine compartment on the right passengers side, I'm very sure this is what is not connected! I don't know where to connect them to!! Where is exact location of the VSS?

Pics are of me holding the two wires coming out from under the right passenger side front wheel well, other is of the same side of the car, where the cables are at with the plastic on, and the other with the plastic off, I read people saying there is a VSS on the tranny and others say right passengers front wheel, which I belive it is since these wires are disconnected! PLEASE HELP!!!
