Just wondering what you guys considered a fair price to have the timing belt, tensioner, and water pump replaced, including new parts?

I'm trying to find a shop to do it and have found a large variation in price, also, their parts price is way high compared to like parts' stores prices. I know it might be higher quality parts, but cmon, twice or more as much?

Thanks in advance.
