I received my EvoFusion catback 4 days after buying it on eBay from koreancarstuff (the seller name for the EvoFusionUSA.com website). They didn't tell me the tracking number until I emailed them to ask for it, but it arrived minutes after I got their email reply with the tracking info. That's excellent delivery time considering I live in Pennsylvania and they're based in California!

I will update this thread when I go back home in a couple days to install it
STAY TUNED!

cool can't wait. Side note.. That looks really small.. Is it that small?

We used to have a car that was smaller than the accent and it's pipes were bigger than that if thats the correct size. Not sure I want to spend $300 on that lol IMO

I guess the box is about 4 feet long or so. Shipping weight was 25 lbs. It's really not that small. The catalytic converter is near the front wheels (kinda), so with all the parts from the box put together, it's gonna be more like 7 or so feet long I think. Maybe more. I'll eyeball it tomorrow when I attempt to install it.

Unfortunately the person who has a large jack crapped out on me for tomorrow, so I'll be attempting it with 2 standard car jacks (the ones that come in the back of your car) with the emergency brake on. Should be fun/dangerous/awesome.

Oh, and also, the piping is mandrel bent, not crush bent, so that increases its value and functionality/performance significantly

Oh, and also (again), if you were referring to the diameter, it's 2.25", which they found to give it the most horsepower.

DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT use jack stands without cinder blocks under the car. Jack stands welds fail all the time. It's a VERY good measure to block your car so if anything does happen you DON'T DIE!

Please do this for us we don't want to see you look like Wiley coyote

Sounds good. I was actually just going to use 2 jacks. not jack stands. Not that that's any better (it's probably worse). But yeah, I'll use cinder blocks too

Oh man, you're using the car's jack? The one Hyundai gave us is flimsy, I've barely trusted it to keep the car held up the few times I've had to use it to change tires. They're only designed for changing tires, not for any other maintenance work so it's pretty dangerous to slide under there.

Maybe just go find a Harbor Freight and get a yourself cheap floor jack and some jack stands to support it just in case.

We'd like to see ya around to find out how this project goes, so please be careful.

Nah, using that jack and the jack from my brother's Impala worked just fine.

The biggest problem is that if you try to fit the exhaust without welding it, it WILL hit the suspension... and that's not good news.

SOOOOOOO I'm going to get it professionally installed tomorrow hopefully. :(
I was really hoping for this to be easy and straightforward, but after 2.5 hours of trying to fit it, it's just not going to work.

Oh yeah, I might also mention 2 things.

1) I have a 2008 Accent SE. Maybe the GS is different on the bottom?

2) The hangers don't line up.

I'm just really hoping that the exhaust shop can figure out what to do with this.

Getting it done at Monro Muffler/Brake & Service tomorrow morning at 8am... let's hope this goes well! I will post pictures and video/sound clips (from my LG enV) tomorrow assuming it is installed successfully.
