I have a 2001 Accent. 131k, Timing belt has been changed professionally within the last two months and I'm having an odd problem. Before the engine gets warm the car is running very poorly : it idles fine, but until the engine is warm when driving in normal conditions at normal speeds the transmission seems to "Catch" once or twice. It will rev a second or two too long without changing gears and then kick into gear roughly. Additionally, I've noticed some occasional roughenss while decelerating. What puzzles me about this is that once the car is warm it runs like a dream. I take very good care of my car, and I want to make sure I'm not missing something that needs to be changed here.
