what are the bigest and widest wheels i can put on my car without touching the suspension or rubbing??

im getting an awesome deal on some 19x8.5 and some 19x9 for under $500 w/ tires.

yes i am i know the car's pattern 5x114.3, 5 lugs
the 19x8.5 are a 38mm offset and the 19x9 are a 40mm offset
