take a small flat head screwdriver or a knife tip and pop the center out, it wont take much, just keep an eye one em, they just snap in so dont lose em. there is a phillips head screw behind it. im sure its like all the other hyundais. be sure to remove the ones from the door pull bucket and the armrest. then you can lift it up and away, unplugging any harnesses in the door panel itself. the sante fe has 2 of these on each end of the door. there are probably 1 or 2 on the hinge side of the door as well. feel around the perimeter of the door panel. the screws in the door handle might be covered with a little panel that needs popped off as well.
