Hi 2003 2.0L diesel (UK) There are apparently cables linking the gear shift to the gearbox, when i purchased the car i noticed a vibration from the transmission tunnel inside the car. The dealer said that this is common and it was the shifter cables vibrating against each other. New cables were fitted and made an improvement. Now 1 month later the noise is back. Anyone know if the cables are accessed from inside or underneath? i am going to fix it myself, and you cannot get the UK manuals.
