What can cause this? Ive done plugs, wires, o2 sensors, MAF, and checked the TPS.

Check for clog catalytic converter or clog air filter

Try a bottle of STP gas treatment in your next fill up and then try it again a second time and see if the CEL goes out. It worked for my P0304 code which is basically the same as your P0301 & P0303 except differnet cylinders are misfiring.
The light has come back on twice but when I run a bottle of the STP it clears it within a 100miles. Everything else checked out fine on my Accent.
