"Hyundai announced changes for the Santa Fe as it prepares to introduce the 2009 model.
Most of the changes are minor and involve new options or standard features.
New features include an improved audio system with standard USB/iPod inputs, Power driver seats on the SE Touring Package.
The trailer prep package and roof rack cross rails are now standard on the SE and Limited versions.
Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama began producing the 2009 Santa Fe last month.

Id really like to know if they fixed the Infinity audio hiss.. and if they did if there is anyway they would update it to the new system under warranty. Thats my only complaint so far with my 08 limitted.

During our recent tour of the Alabama assembly plant, we noticed a large number of 2009 Santa Fes with plastic wheel covers. Not sure where these vehicles were headed, but we've never seen such a thing here in Canada...

I think I'll be a little PO'd if they don't make that new Ipod interface compatible with the older model years.

That, and a factory/dealer remote starter option would be nice...

That was going to be my immediate question. I'm a tad perturbed that my '08 Limited does not have an AUX jack for an Ipod etc.
