Greetings to every one here.

I just ordered my 3rd Hyundai car ever after studying what my money can get.
The new Sonata 2009 seems the best choice.

Here are the spics of the car:

2.4 L Engine
5 speed ShiftMatic Gear
Wood interior
Automatic windows (But with no power Control, just normal Automatic)
Cruz control
MP3 CD player (wanted the 6 CD changer but couldn't afford it)
ON steering wheel Control for Audio unit
Automatic Mirrors
16" Aluminum Wheels
Diamond Black color exterior ( I live in an extremly hot area I'm gonna get my **** burned)
Cloth Beige interior
3 Year warranty

All for............................64000 Saudi Riyals = 17067$ only

That would get me also:
A civic LX for 61000 riyals = 16267$ ( I hate the interior of this car)
A 1.6 GL corolla for 62000 riyals = 16534$
Chivrolet Epica ( around 62000 Riyals but was not impressed at all)

I should receive the car at the end of next week as the Diamond Black is out of stock in Riyadh City and they should ship it to me from another City in the country!!!!!!!

OMG I can't wait to drive it!!!!!!!!!!!

:3gears:

Nice.
Is it GLS?
Did you negotiate or it's straight price? After tax?
I got 08 last year(07) for $16,500 OTD last year. I'm sure ou can get 09 now for around 17K . So there is not much difference in price.

I love reading about other nations and their Hyundai models.

So you get Automatic Windows with no power?

Automatic Mirrors. What makes them automatic.

A Shiftmatic Transmission?

And a 3 Year Warranty is not good, but you get the Hyundai "Before Service"

Before Service : A new concept to satisfy a demanding global auto market

For the first time in the auto industry, Hyundai has adopted "Before Service"a new concept in service that goes the extra mile for our customers. Hyundai offers free maintenance service to all our customers regardless of their location. Since we put into practice the "Before Service", policy throughout the company, not only has the quality of services we offer improved, but the scope of our services has broadened as well. In some areas, charity organizations and organizations for the disabled that are desperately in need are chosen to receive free maintenance services. Hyundai´s "Before Service" is offered both in Korea and overseas.
Each year, we offer free maintenance service to over 1,000,000 vehicles in over 40 countries around the world. We will further upgrade our free maintenance service policy that has been provided in our service centers to our overseas customers and just like in Korea, we will go directly to shopping malls, public agencies, etc. to provide onsite service.
Breaking away from the stereotypical way of offering service in the past, Hyundai is practicing more proactive and customer-centered service, making an ongoing effort to truly impress all our customers.

No it is not a GLS, it's a GL.
Here in the Mid. east countries we have the GL and the GLS only.

I did negotiate the price a little but was not very successful, I only was able to lower the price by 750 riyals and that's around 200$.

Shiftmatec is what we refer to as an Automatic gear trans. system with the ability to use manual shifting too.

Automatic mirrors: I mean mirror that are controlled electrically and not manually and can be folded automatically too when parking ( I just realized today that this is not possible, after talking to the sales man he apologized and gave me a discount on spare parts for the car by about 10% for the time of the warranty)

No I don't know Hugo :) and I live in Saudi Arabia but I'm not a Saudi! :57:

No problem. Shiftmatic is the VW term for what we know and love as

Shiftronic. You have better Mirrors. Ours heat up, but have no memory

feature, nor fold. I broke one, it was terrible.

Hugo is cool. Drove the worlds fastest Hyundai, according to him & Google.

There was one Unit made, and he had it. The 247 HP Canadian Sport Sonata!

Ha, I just went to http://www.naghihyundai.com/naghiweb/index.html, the

Super Saudi Dealer and my Virus program removed a Trojan

I didn't buy it form AlNaghi motors, cause they are the dealers in the westrn region, I live in the Central region of the country and the Hyundai dealer is Alwaalan.

Today i passed by the dealer to complete the paper work and recieve my car tomorrow but there seems to be a problem in the official registration center as they have limited plates for this week and it will be delayed for another 2 days :rant2: :rant2: :rant2: :rant2: :rant2: :rant2:

Today I also checked the Genesis and allow me to say............... HOLY @^#% !
