33,000 for the base model freight included,i thought the base model came with the sunroof standard, once read the package details it was a part of the premium package.


I wish hyundai would offer the navagation system as a stand alone option, even
though the top of the line is $40,000 usd. I would like to be about $3-4k less expensive without having to order the $7,000 package to get nav.

wow even the base doesnt have sunroof. Genesis sure is pricey in USA

$33k car without a sunroof... hmm... tsk tsk. I wonder if there is any other car out there that can claim the same... by the time you get to high-20s or 30k, seems that sunroof is standard, or part of a package...

All mercedes now come with sunroof why cant the genesis i guess they want us to buy the premium package models.

Similarly-equipped, the Genesis is still significantly cheaper than compact luxury cars like the C300, 328i, etc. and this is for a full-size car! I just saw a new C300 at Costco the other day that was almost $38k and had vinyl (MB Tex) seating!

Keep in mind that the Genesis costs only a little bit more than the original LS400 which debuted in 1989! (Quite a bit less actually if you take inflation into account)

Im not hating on the Genesis im just shocked that it does not come with a sunroof standard.
