I had CEL on and Autozone said it's something with the accident sensor. Unfortunately, after taking it to Hyundai they said it's nothing and reset the CEL, I forgot the number. The CEL has again re-appeared and I am sure it's the same cause. Digging forums, I realize there are TWO accident sensors connected to the air-intake (FRONT) of the engine. Question: (a) Is this a normal phenomenon for Hyundai SF 2004 (under 60k) to occur? Why i ask is because the rep was telling me it's very unusual error code and kept "harping" on the fact that I might have "hit" something, did something, etc. etc. (B) They were also telling me, since I recently changed my timing belt, etc. this is because of that and they need to re-do the whole timing belt ($850) and I should pay for it. Alternatively, I can take the car back to the same rep. where I changed the timing belt. Unfortunately, that's very, very difficult since it's a 4 hr. drive for me. Any help - appreciated.
