Ignore the year on the pic's :)

Damp Pro from Second Skin was easy to install. You Just lay it down heat it up a tad and use a roller. I have about 25 man hours into it. The Spectrum was very easy but messy. I used a paint brush for the entire process and a little pouring in some areas. I also used my fingers for the areas the brush couldn't reach.

Spare Tire Holder Being Removed along with welded bracket. It's Spot welded so you can just pry with a screw driver pretty easy!

if you still have your car apart there are directions to get the dash out on hyundaiaccessory.com. Check out the A/C kit for our car. On that page there are .pdf directions to take the dash out of the car.

well this guy did

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2633866

but I dont know, there should be a good paint for this but I hesitate about it because I would have to paint the steering wheel and replace the seats and the floor/ceiling

how hard to take out all the trim? what tools did you use? just a flat screw driver or a knife??

hahaha that guys ride is ghetto ROFL...

Ok if you want to paint and do it right... So it won't crack!!!!

You need Rage Gold and Glazing putty plus Sem Self etching primer and clear coat. Please read my Fiberglass how to to learn how to use these products and where to buy.

Yes you can paint them but they will crack because of the 130degree heat when your car sits on a hot day. The dash is another story DONT try it !

Also look at his paint. He didn't do any of those steps nor sand look at the finish up close

The dash it's self was painted. Sorry i'm laughing pretty hard thinking about what it's going to look like or does by now haha.. ::rolls eyes at ppl that do stuff without asking first how to do it right::

Look at the right vent see the paint raised around it. Crappy job! Give it time his will crack haha.. If you think i'm kidding ask fiberglassforums.com :)

well actually my dash does not get even 50% hot everyone's dash does :P. lol

well I wouldn't paint it gloss black like him (BTW his steering wheel is not painted). I like a flat black, there is even paint for trim pieces and of course im not going to just spray the paint immediately after buying it. I like the black interior because its much easier to see outside and harder for people to see inside.

chimaira the painting looks good from the pictures, what did you use?
