Wats up guys!! well after been out of country, my return was a really good one. i just recieved the headers and my front lower bars as well. not waiting any second i try to put everything on the car.
i found 3 problems with the headers, at least with my Rio, First i found out that there was not bolt from the headers to the flange, i don't know if they forgot about it or it doesnt come with it, second on the flage there supposed to be sensor, at least the stock had it, but there is not hole on this one and the third the flange doesn't fit the stock.
For the bolt is problem solve i went to home depot and found bolts for it, now about the flange fitting the stock pipe well i just need to drill it a little bit so it will fit, and the other problem i don't yet...i guess i have to drill for the other sensor. i'll wait for some answers from bill.
Here are some pics.

the header is on the car, but the only problem is with the flange, they supposed to be just a bolt on, there is other kia owners who have the same problems, the solution they came up with, was to get new flange or elongate the holes. My only concern its about the sensor....so far i did got any answer yet...lets see what happend

I was thinking that the headers would fit perfect too, i guess im gonna wait a bit until they sort things out, also do the headers really unleash 10 more hp? does it feel any better when you drive wide open throttle? and also did you match it with the stock exhaust?

it really does feel the change!!! i'm not sure about 10 hp, but if sure makes 279 worth it!! its definitly a must have. those 3 problems are easy to fix, at least for me it was. i can hear there's still a leak, i will try to figure where its coming from but i believe its at my downpipe/midpipe connection.
let's see what happend in the following days....so far no CEL
