The windshield wiper motor barely works on low, high and hags in the middle of the intermittent mode. I replaced the motor and now it is doing the same thing plus blowing the wiper fuse? I am at a loss right now! Just scratching my head and thinking I will probably have to bring the car to a mechanic?

Take it to a mechanic cuz the computer in your car might have something wrong with it and thats what is screwng up the Windshiel Wiper Motor. I know that some 'newer' cars, you can't jump start them with another car because all that extra voltage will fry the computer system and cause little things to screw up. Hope that helps :)
