Without modification, 18". I will give you fair warning that they are not very comfortable to ride on though. I had 18's for 2 seasons, then switched over to 17's. Much better!

With 18"

Notice the very low profile tire. Looks good, but rides pretty rough. Those were 215/35/18.

With 17"

Notice the much larger amount of tire sidewall. Much more comfortable. 215/45/17.

They are the shark racing smoked covers. Don't think they make them anymore.
