My wife's 08 Sonata has a black leather interior with black dash- today i accidentally scuffed the plastic dash. It is in a noticable spot, and the scuff mark is gray compared to the surrounding black.

Any ideas on how to fix it? i'm not sure if black interior dye would make it match to the surrounding interior?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Try rubbing a little dash dressing on it, like Armor All or similar. That might make it disappear. What scuffed it, do you know ?

did the same on my old camry - a heat gun on low sneaking up on it so it doesnt get too hot made it go away w/o chemicals. Of course if you heat it up too much you will have heck to pay with your wife.

Mr. CLean Magic Erasers? Certainly worth a try.

that could work maybe.. just make sure you put some armor all (or something) on it afterwards because Magic Eraser dries the sh*t out of things...

...coming from Mr. Clean himself  Good Idea.

If I did it to my wifes car (If I was married) I would try Windex/Fantastic/Glock. :whistling:
