i replaced the radiator to the car because the old one cracked at the top. the car still over heats after driving a few miles. could the water pump be the problem or is it the thermostat.

could be a number of things, change the thermostat first, if the electric cooling fan working? are you loosing any coolant?

no coolant loss and the fans are working at the proper temperature

replace the thermostat and get fail safe type!
