hello, Today my car ran hot i saw a crack in my radiator and steam was coming from the crack....than i looked under the car and saw spots of oil what is my first step to do i know i need a radiator...but the car wont even start i need help

sounds like your engine could have seize up on you

maybe not as bad as that, could be you have blown the head gasket. you will need someone who knows what they are doing to help you check this out before you jump to any conclusions

am going to try and do it myself b/c im trying not to but a lot of money into this car b/c i will be moving to korea in november

Engine Cylinder Head Gasket and Head Gasket are they the same thing

That really depends on the extent of the damage, a new head gasket will not fix your problem if the car has internal engine damage.
