I bought my Accent a little over a month ago and the dealership here has been great. I contacted them about changing my oil to the AMSOIL XL 5W20 and they were fine with it. As a matter of fact, one of the Service Advisors is now looking into AMSOIL for Personal use. They also did the oil change for $12.00.

They are also willing to change the oil of any vehicle. they converted the van over to AMSOIL for the same $12.00 even though it isn't a Hyundai. Needless to say I am sending them more business.

My Father inlaw will be purchasing a Sonata on Wednesday. I spoke to the sales manager yesterday and he will be handling the sale himself. As a result my father inlaw will be getting his Sonata at $500.00 over invoice and the little extras they throw in for $995.00 for free.

They have been great during each interaction I've had with them.

Just thought I'd let you all know that in my little corner of the world there are good folks.

oh I forgot to mention they put in an extra half quart of oil and they had no problem draining it this morning. I guess that seems a little anal, but I didn't want to take any chances with it and they agreed. I really thought I was in for my first small confrontation.

How's THIS for great dealership...

Hyundai comes with a standard 10 year/100,000 mile warranty, but with the dealer I bought my car from, they double it to a 20 year/200,000 mile warranty! :)

I went to our only Mazda d-shp in town yesterday to pick up 2 oil filters and the clerk tried to charge me $11.50 each, after I said I didn't want them, he said I could have them (2) for $13.00. I took them but that's the last parts I'll get from them.

Glad you had a positive experience, we have 2 Hyundai d-ships and I hope I have a good story to tell too. Saw the new Genesis too!!!
