So i have driven the new engine 1000km with the Bigger injectors Mapped to .7 bar

and after all the pain & suffering, time and Money the scoupe makes its first dyno appearance...

(IMG:http://www.iformation.co.za/scoupe/zeemax.jpg)

Well here is the Scoupe Boosting a Colossal .7 bar.

1st run is with the water injection on(175cc Jet,H20 Only)
2nd run a disconnected it cos i could feel the Water was coming on too early....

(IMG:http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/kk281/Streetracing2008/Dyno1.jpg)

The next mapping will take the car upto 1.2/3 bar pump gas. thinking of enjoying the car before taking it high boost/running high risk/blow the motor...(There just isnt time or money for that...)

So far this Fresh motor with worked cylinder head is making +-15-20kw MORE than i expected.. so the future looks promising...

I can't see the numbers. How much it's making? :) What is your power goal and what turbo you're using? Don't overboost it too much this time, remember the destructive heat with useless 2 bar boosts...

1.8 bar is the Limit but im not going to go there for a while.. Enjoying the car too much....

If everything goes according to plan 200kw 400nm @ 1.8 bar boost. which is very possible.....

PS: my brand new thermostat Jammed up on me on Sunday, it was very bad !!! i almost thought it blew the head gasket .but it looks like it was only the tappet cover seal....

179kw and 379nm. @ 1.6bar boost

Modification since the old engine.

Redo of motor.
Port and polished Cylinder head
175cc water meth kicking in at 1 bar.

The clucth started slipping so we had to call it quits

It's nice to see you have some things going on there. Nice rims definetly to go for a relaxed cruise and have some noises from your dump valve. :)
