Dear JB,
Hyundai originally released data that the stock horsepower for the 2003 Tiburon with V-6 Delta was 180 hoursepower. The US Federal Trade Commission routinely verifies facts used in marketing (their job actually) and pulled a sample of 30 cars for testing and I guess they did not have all 30 engines dyno out at 180 hp. So Hyundai did what many manufacturers do and deliberately listed a horsepower rating of 172 hp in the US. And passed the next sample test with our Federal Trade Commission.
Since the Portuguese police can issue a ticket for illegal mechanical mods, do they actually do a technical inspection of the engine? I ask because intake and exhaust mods are very easy to spot, BUT:
a) have you considered getting an ultra-thin copper head gasket set to raise your compression and horespower? Depending on how much you raise the compression, you can add 25 PS / 24 Nm with the .016 inch gasket set. This can only be discovered with a complete engine teardown.

Porting and polishing can drastically increase your airflow. Typically, 1mm can be added to the diameter of each intake runner of the upper and lower intake manifold. This diameter increase along with the smoothing and polishing of the intake set is good for 15 hp. This also requires engine teardown to discover, but you technically have only performed normal routine machining to remove casting defects. Takes about 6 hours to properly port & polish the upper and lower IM.
