Hi

I have a sensor that is on its way out, I'm told by my dealer that it is bank 1 sensor 1 and the part number is 39210 37125. Can anyone tell me where this one is, I have looked at the locations someone posted up as word docs but I can't tell which one is bank 1 sensor 1!! I've attached the doc to save searching!

Also, is there an easy way to switch the odometer from Miles to KMs?

thanks

Marty :)

It's the one marked C39 Oxygen Sensor B1/S1.

As for the odometer I can't help you there.

Well after a few months of not getting the CEL it has happened again so this time I thought I'd give it a go and see if I can replace it myself. I have to say the images of the locations are no help whatsoever as they look nothing like my r/h v6 engine (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) . Can anyone actually tell me where Bank1 Sensor1 is positioned and what you need to remove to get access to it to swap it out?

thanks

Marty

b1s1 is on the rear manifold (towards the firewall). you will need a 22mm wrench or an o2 socket

Thanks, I thought that would be the case. Do you know how easy is it to get to to access; will I need to do it from underneath or can you get to it from the top under the hood?
