I love my H&R springs, they ride great and handling is much better. It took a day or two to fully settle

I installed them myself and my friend at NTB aligned my car for free :P

Well I'm on 20x8.5 with a +35mm offset with no rubbing, so you should be fine.I think it took me and my friend at NTB less then two hours I believe.

As far as the warranty thing goes, I'm sure my spring/shock warranty is gone. Thats fine with me though, everything else is still under warranty. Plus every dealership I take it to absolutely loves my car haha. Sadly enough I get MUCH better service then I ever did when it was stock.

Well the stock ride compared to my old slammed accord was great lol

The ride with the springs is still great, you will notice it's a little stiffer. Nothing bad at all though.

As far as the new wheels compared to the old wheels.. kind of hard to say. The old ones had bad tires and now I have Toyo Proxy's. The new wheels are heavier of course since they are 20's however it's hardly noticeable to me. Car still gets up pretty quick and easily

The sonata is never going to feel like a BMW. Compared to the 5 series, they are fundamentally different cars, and hugely different on quality and performance levels.
Apples and oranges.

The Sonata uses front wheel drive with a 63:37% front bias where BMWs use rear wheel drive and a 50:50 (or very near) weight distribution. The suspension designs are very different, and tuned for dramatically different road feel and handling.
Steering feedback in the Sonata isn't going to feel the same either.

Take a look at this site on the warranty question about aftermarket springs because hyundai performance in canada carries Eibach springs and coilovers in there catalog and read the info about the warranty

The good thing about H&R is that the drop isn't incredibly drastic. This means you really shouldn't have any worries about blowing struts because of over working them. Any stock part you replace with something aftermarket is going to void that p
