Today i went to TSB reset my ECU and saw that dealer just received Genesis.
Tested and i liked it. Interior is NICE, seats are comfy. Drives smooth, like G35. But overall it's like BMW or Lexus. :57:

*Off: After restting ECU i don't feel any noise/vinration around 40 MPH
*Sorry for pics quality- i got these with cell phone

I did not feel anything Special, Regular Luxury car :whistling: .I can compare only with G35. It handles almost like that. Maybe lil better.
Sticker was 36,200 for 3,8L. They had only 3 of them. No 4.2L yet.

There will never be any 4.2L Genesis... LOL... It's a 4.6L, and there won't be any of those for another month or two.

So go drive one :)

Pretend like you can afford it and they'll take you out on a test drive just like any other car.

Last Saturday I decided to test drive some cars too. About $450,000.00 Worth. I test drove the following MBZ AMG Models:

C63 - $68,000.00
Cl63 - $148,000.00
SL63 - $148,000.00
E63 - $98,000.00
and ML63 (the SUV gets 11 miles to the gallon). $88,000.00

But I think the Gensis is for me...

Anyone who buys a car like that certainly isn't concerned about the mileage...

I agree that the TSB for vibration ECU reset works, the Genesis reminds me a bit of S-Class in the headlights, a hint of Lexus GS in the hood, some 5-series in the taillights, and a BMW- or Nissan-like kink in the C-pillars.

Under-$40,000 price tag for the V-8. A 290-hp, 3.8-liter V-6 engine, with a 5.6-second 0-60-mph time. Leather-wrapped dash, white-on-black electroluminescent gauges that look like they came straight out of a Lexus makes the Genesis impressive by any measure.

When I drove the SL63 on the freeway (500+ HP) I got to 80MPH in second gear. By the time I was in third I had to turn off. I drove the car in manual mode with full paddle shifter control. When I started from the stop sign the tires burned out in the first two gears, WOW!. Then there was a CL65 (700+ HP) if you turn off the ESP the car would spin tires in the first four gears. I really liked the CL63 because the inside was so luxorious I felt like a rock star in the car. For raw power the C63 was the car.

that is uber impressive but you know what's funny - a cheap sport bike will far exceed any of the numbers that car will do ..

my Hayabusa will do 140 km/h in 1st gear and 200 km/h, (120 mph), in second !! It has 4 more gears to go - LOL.
