did you ever checked this topic??
http://www.hyundai-forums.com/t27148-diy-h...rs-retrofit.htm- bi-xenon projectors (Inifniti FX) $140 (there are cheaper ones, I saw this on $80)
- H4 bi-xenon harness $55 (if you contact a chinese guy from ebay he might be able to sell you one cheaper)
- D2S HID kit (2 ballasts + 2 bulbs) from $80 (better quality are more expensive but from $80 you will get a kit just like the one you want to buy)
- Shrouds bezels from $25 (you can make your own bezels so dont count this)
$80 + $55 = $135
as you can see the parts are not expensive
the expensive tool would be the dremel, it costs like $40 (or you can get one of a friend/family I dont know :P) I would say you would spend like $200 more, but the output is amazing
opiter: is not that hard. its easy but it is time consuming, if you rush it, which I dont recommend, it can take you about 2 days, but it took me like a week, but I didnt have the tips I posted on the DIY for you
and no be honest with you a HID kit in our headlights will just give you the nice color but it wont light up the road better. Ive had it before. It will be brighter on the ground, yes, on a place called hotspot. you wont have the wide beam pattern and the light wont be improved
