 Water Leak Top Breaking Light

I'm a new owner of a Tucson 2008 and i got a leak from the top breaking light, I went to the dealership after 3 day i got it for this problem and they said they fixed it after 3 weak and couple of days rain i got the same problem. Water still coming down in the back window where the breaking light is. Anyone got the same problem?
