So I have a 96 elantra and the clutch and transmission were just replaced. Now the clutch pedal will not depress at all and the car wouldn't start after this was done. Anyone have any idea what could be causing these two problems???

The car won't start because the clutch pedal won't depress. It's to prevent the car from being started while it's in gear.

Sounds like whoever did the trans and clutch work needs to take another look at their work... I'd get it back to them. Sounds like they did something wrong. Did it start doing this immediately after the work was performed?
