Hi All, I'm sure everyone remembers my horrible experience, so there's no sense in writing it out again. Anyway, I finally got the car back from the body shop and it looks like brand new again. They fixed every ding and scratch on the car. New wheels, new carpeting and mats, and just about every other thing that needed to be fixed. The car looks and drives like it just came from the factory. The bill was $3028.00, and it was completely covered by State Farm. No problems went down with the insurance company - the whole process went real smooth. I didn't take any pictures, but just "picture" a brand new silver Sonata in your mind and there you have it. Thanks for everyone's support, this whole ordeal was a living nightmare... MamaMia, I was running around your city (Chicago) the other day looking for something to do, so I went to the top of the Sears to take some pictures. Also ran around the Museum of Natural Science (the one with the dinosaurs, whichever one that is). Probably of no interest to you, this is stuff you see every day... -Brian Attached thumbnail(s)

Very happy for you, Brian!!! At least you drive a "brand new" Sonata and not some crappy Jeep, which you were THAT close to buy, using State-Farm's money....
Yes, Chicago is a nice, friendly city, clean and efficient, corrupt at the top (that's why everything runs so well), with a beautiful lake front amd some really beautifu, affluent suburbs...
But living in Chicago doesn't mean we spend our weekends at the Sears Tower or the museums, of course. I wonder how many New Yorkers have been to the Statue of Liberty.... :whistling:
