 Engine Revved Intermittently

Hi all,
My car recently having a problems. It always caused the engine to stall when moving off and sometimes when applying the brake to stop. When the car is idle at traffic light, the engine revved up and down, maximum 1500rpm and down about 700rpm and come to settle again just below 1000rpm. Anyone here ever encounter this problems.? Please advise me what caused my car engine to rev and stall.

Sound like idle sensor issue or maybe Throttle body dirty... :)
