Im currently deployed to Iraq.. trying to car shop while im over here. from an owners perspective how is the 08 tiburon? does anyone have any complaints about it? Ive been looking at the SE because of the 6 speed gearbox does anyone have any experience comparing the SE with the GT?

and how is the market for aftermarket parts for the tiburon?

I have the 2007 se, same as the 2008 except you get xm satalite radio. Anyway---great car pretty fast daily driver. 15.5 quarter 0-60 right around 7sec. Very good road feel getting 28 mpg mixed driving, 32 open highway. I've owned everything from mustang GT to camaro z28, to impala and monte carlo supersports and the tib is the best all around car and most fun to drive. The se has traction control and stabilty control which comes in hady in the rain---I live in florida. The biggest thing is it is one beautiful car and loaded with sunroof should only cost around 23,000 new.

I have a GT and LOVE it! In Canada we only have base model then GT and GTP The GTP has the 6 speed, abs brakes, side imact air bags and a few other extras I didn't really care about over the GT. The 17 inch rims are great, but recommend nitrogen in the tires as I was finding they would "flat spot" from cooling down. I know of 3 other tibs with the same issue all corrected with the nitrogen.
