I have a 97 Accent 1.3 & the washer motor has stopped working.
When we bought it a few months ago the washer motor wasnt working, it was jammed. Took about a minute to sort out.
After a while the motor would not work for the back window, only the windscreen (I presume thats a wiring problem). But last night it stopped working for the windscreen too. Has it jammed again or is it wiring? Any advice welcome!

l'm afraid that the washer pumps that hyundai use for all the models are not very good and do not last long, you will likely need a new pump, there is an aftermarket one that fits the hyundai models which you can buy at any decent car spares outlets

:) Hi You've probably sorted this by now (!) but my 1998 Atoz+ front screen washer stopped working (see separate post about this) and for an Atoz, the Halfords HWP15 pump (£15) fitted OK with very slightly modified wiring.
Re wiring, the Atoz pumps are hardwired in (no connector on the pump itself) and only have a connector about 8 inches along the wire. Each plastic connector has a little clip on it - pushing down the clip and then pulling the wire releases it. Accent may be different though!!!
