*Brake was misspelled on purpose in memory of the "BREAK BOOST" Ok so my brakes are so death that they made a deep line in my rotors lol... So I ordered these rotors online, please do not start a slotted etc debate... I spend more time on the MS3 but I still love my Sonata :)... anyways I also pick up some Adaptive One "Hybrid Ceramic Disc Brake Pads" from napa (IMG: http://www.r1concepts.com/images/eds.jpg) (IMG: http://www.autocarepro.com/files/july10_2007/napa1LO.jpg) I just bought the rotors so they should be here probably next week, Ill update the post with pics of the old chewed out rotors and brakes... they are so bad that the esc and abs light comes on every once in a while. Hopefully I haven't damaged anything in there lol. This post has been edited by dogstar: Jul 22 2008, 03:02 PM

QUOTE(ReBeL_BLaK @ Jun 24 2008, 06:33 PM) I have the premium version of those same rotors installed on my sonata now!! They feel great with no whistle or anything that is acustomed to drilled and slotted rotors ... i do wish that I would have gotten ceramic pads although! I got semi-metallic because i wasnt sure on how long the rotors would last with the "harder" pad i thought the E-Line was actually the premium line? (assuming they were from R1 Concepts)... that is their top of the line, no? i keep saying "one day i will have them installed".. just not sure when that day will be. waiting for the pads to finish wearing and grind... (not gonna bother until they are really shot, since im replacing the pads and rotors anyway) maybe at some point before the winter (?)... im betting it will feel like night and day difference with the D/S rotors and the Raybestos Advanced Tech Ceramic pads installed.. i will probably be able to tap on my brakes and feel like im going through the window... heh... when i do get them installed, i will deffo take some pics... i think someone has got these on their car already and pics in their "garage" page here.. i know its a silver car, just cant remember who (edit - it's "sonata with seoul" and its white).. dont see him on much anymore though This post has been edited by ddix1026: Jun 25 2008, 01:32 PM

TELL ME WHAT YOU HEAR!!!! (note, i drive 95% highway, but dont know if the sound would be different driving that way vs. city driving) this goes for anyone else that has driller/slotted rotors (i know there are a few out there that have put these types on the Sonata).. has anyone been inundated with braking noise after putting them on?
