How much did it cost to pimp your ride? I feel a bit old compared to the youngins on here, thinking of doing all that at 32, but I suppose it's never too late to enjoy yourself, well now that I can pay for them.

But I don't want it to cost more than it would have to say get a Honda. Though, I suppose it'd even cost more with the Honda to pimp the ride.

I had just turned 18 when I bought my sonata. I bought it and I'm the one paying for it. A year later now and I'm 19 and it looks a little different then what it started with!

QUOTE(hyundaiorbust @ Jun 21 2008, 09:01 PM)
I'm 32, thinking of getting the 09 Sonata.  I'm at the beach, jogging, car watching, "What would I look good in?  Or, want to be in?"  Then, I see the 09 Sonata coming towards me ... "looking good", "looking good", and then BAM! two senior citizens sitting in the front.  That sort of bummed be out.  I thought or wanted to believe that the car's pretty cool, even with its bland exterior, and that took it down a couple notches.

So, how old are the people on here that are driving the 09 Sonata?

I'm going to be driving a 1989 light blueish Sonata, and I'm 17...yes I know I'm young :P Everyone says that this car isn't a "teenage girl" type car, but I'm just going to make it suite me. I'm going to add my Fire Dept. licence plate to it along with FIRE RESCUE decals, and some other nice things

Can't Wait :w00t:

I tried so hard to convince my dad to get the Sonata instead of the Elantra when we were gonna trade in his '03. But he said he didn't need that big of a car so he took the Elantra again ('07). Why I tried to talk him into it was because I think the Sonata is awesome, really. So, that goes to say not only old people want to ride in Sonata's, I would have loved to drive one. As with the styling not being as edgy, I think sometimes the more subtle design actually looks better in a cleaner, classier way. I am 20 in December.

I know what you are saying but the fact is that those sporty cars look good but are uncomfortable to drive. I'll take comfort over sporty anyday.

Though I don't drive a Sonata, my 04 Elantra is the same way. I've seen many an old person driving the same car. You just have to make it look younger, lol. I'm 30 by the way.

That looks really nice . It has to be one of the nicest Elantra that I have seen. Very aggressive and young looking .
