So im replacing the stock speakers all the way around and i think ive decided on the polk momo series. A set of the mmc6500 up front and their mmc690 in the rear deck. THe only issue i have is that crutchfield says that the 6x9's dont fit the car. mounting depth is 3-1/4". It says that the 6.5" components will fit up front though so i guess there is no issue there.

Does anyone know the max mount depth for stock locations in the 2003 elantra sedan? I would really like to use these 6x9's to match the front. or can i somehow use some longer machine screws through the holes in the rear deck to bottom mount them instead? Thanks all for your help with my first post here.
