This guy really likes the Accent, doesn't he? link

The poor car... At least there's a few people like us who know the Accent doesn't suck!

The fact is that the Accent could be more with no extra cost.
I have had mine for three months now and I do notice things that
could be better that would not have cost Hyundai anymore money to
change, or make better.

The interior of the car leaves a lot to be desired. It costs the same to
mold something plain then it does to mold plastic into something
stylish. And it would cost minimal to put a clear coat on the door panels
so that after one month it does not look two years old. I have to take off
my watch to roll down my window just to keep from scratching it more!!!
Those blasé green LEDs are no more money then bright blue ones would
have been. Those are just a couple of thing off the top of my head.

It's not that our cars our bad, but they could be so much more with little
to no more cost to Hyundai.

Just my two cents worth.

He starts off saying this...

QUOTE
I’m sure that many of the fancy cars I’ve driven over the past year have made me look like a big spoilt brat and, secretly, I get a kick out of it every time.

Sounds like he drove some pretty classy and expensive cars. Then keeps on going and says this...

QUOTE
Sure, it’s light on petrol and the ride quality is perfectly fine, but for my money, it’s just not worth the sacrifice.

Wait a sec! Since when is the Hyundai Accent a sacrifice... ? Its not a 30k car... this guy just has a one sided opinion on Hyundai Accents imo.

He can't even get plagirism right!! Poorly, even stupidly written rant. Some people are so hung up on driving something to impress others they forget about the fun of driving altogether. Granted our Accents are not M3s, they are fun, right priced vehicles. I'm as confident driving around in my Accent as I am in my Infiniti or Lexus.

I'd be willing to bet he drives around in his mom's old clunker when she'll let him borrow it.

In my opinion for the money it is the best deal out there. Not to mention one of the best looking and most factory optioned, longest warranteed, roomiest in catagory, great on gas,low on maintainance,(better than Lexus),etc.

Add to that the fact that the Hyundai is notoriously unreliable

Compaired against what ??

The reports i read put the accent ahead for quality and reliability against other cars in a similar price range ..

The guy sounds like a real dipsh*t.
