Since the launch of the i30 I have seen many "performance mods" (I use that term loosely) on Ebay for diesel vehicles, my understanding is these mods boost the fuel pressure at the rail and that is pretty much it...

Some of these so called performance modules cost in the hundreds (if not over a thousand) of dollars.

I am not interested in those, what I am after is a full remap of the ECU via the OBD port to:

a. Remap the fuel maps
b. raise the turbo boost level. etc...

Is anyone aware of, if this remap exists and/or is anyone working on one ?

I understand the i30 ECU is a Bosh model that has been worked/modified previously ?

Hi MM, you should go to i30 owners club sight and register as lot more activity on mods for CRDi i30 there.
also you sound like you are talking from experience with petrol ( remap and boost Turbo) with diesel you would be surprised at the gain just giving them more fuel will give. i don't think you will find anyone that has or would remap an i30. but i'm just guessing. but not a big enough market to make it worth the trouble.
